Here's moi again sharing another eye candy of mine!

Like literally EYE CANDY for a lens lover like me haha :p

Well, you might already know how much I heart wearing colored lens for aesthetic purposes.

So here's the recent one that I want to blog about, it's not the typical lens color and design.

You just don't know how skeptical I was when I first saw this but ooohlala it's surprisingly cool.

Not creepy actually, somewhat more of an Asian style. Bigger diameter and dolly-eyed look.

Alright-ie! So lemme' start with my current fave lens as of the moment. Well, you might already know how I love wearing colored lens for aesthetic purpose. Yep, I have normal eye vision buuuuuut I still collect lenses. See my lens collection HERE if you're interested. Well that isn't actually updated yet LOL. Do not blame me! They're just uber duper nice to collect and enhance my eye look hihi. Love 'em!

Anyway, here's what I love to wear lately. Yep, even at work, casual hang out with friends in college (Oh hey I miss school, shall I mention the allowance too? LOL!) and name it, this pair of lens are my go-to lenses! It adds an extra kick to my look tho the subtle effect. Not over the top style, comfortable and suits my taste. No cons as of the moment I swear. Just beautiful if I may say.  It's aaaaaawesome!

Who dreams of having purple,violet, dark violet, indigo eyes?

Well at times I do! 

Violet eyes seem mystically beautiful to stare...very unique, strange and stunning.

In medical field, true violet eyes only occur in albinos.

 There are many myths behind those who claimed to have "natural purple eyes".

 Why bother when in this generation, wearing violet lenses is nothing but usual?

Last month, UNIQSO sent me two pairs of lenses to try out.

Look at how cute their packaging!

And since purple is one of my favorite color. 

Perhaps, I'll be reviewing this first.

Each pair comes with a cutie lens case enclosed in a small box.

Remember to always check the printed info on the vial prior to opening. 

Take note of the expiration date and  inspect well for authenticity of the lens.

My thoughts

Pros:

-First of all, their cute packaging surprised me. 

I was just expecting a pair of lens vial sealed in bubble wrap and as simple and plain as the usual. 

But they had this very cute presentation which will make you smile once you open their package. 

Comes with a cute lens case, Q-tip and box per pair.

-The color is very unique. Not only that it is purple but the shade isn't too dark nor too light to look like you're having "alien" eyes. Totally not creepy in my opinion! It's three tone pattern gives the natural look instead of looking "shocked" despite it's diameter size.

-It's comfortable to wear and does not feel thick upon wearing.

Cons:

-Diameter size is not my cup of tea. I personally prefer 14-14.5mm normal lens diameter, nonetheless this isn't hard to wear unlike other lens that somewhat folds because they're super big in diameter when you're about to wear them. Chinky-eyed lens beginners might have difficulty wearing bigger diameter lens.

-You might find it hard to choose from their site . Better check out their FB Fan Page to see more photos of their previous clients with the actual lenses. 

Overall, I love the lens! Love the effect it gives on my eyes!

Kawaii Eyes: HANA MA23 Super Nudy Green

Here's moi again...sharing with you another kawaii beauty accessory that some of you might already know I'm much addicted to! Yup you've guessed it right! None other than new pairs of lenses! (~~,)

 I was actually a bit skeptical to wear this green lenses when I first saw them. Or may be I've been just really into grays, blue and purple? I dunno but the only green lens that suit me well was Geo Angel Green. This immediately reminded me of Geo Nudy Green,which I purchased years ago that in my opinion doesn't fit my eye shape nicely.The latter was a tad lighter than this one as far as I remember. However, this HANA MA23 Super Nudy Green I guess was more of the right shade of green that I blends better to my natural eye color.

My thoughts

Pros:

-Has dolly-eye green effect. Definitely makes the eyes pop. Great for those who loves asian kawaii looks, photo shoots , cosplays and likes.

-The diameter size also suits my preference. I own several lens with 15mm and I honestly don't wear them as much. 14mm-14.5mm diameter lenses looks perfectly fine on my eye shape.

-The shade of color green blends my natural eye shape well than the other green lens I've tried. (Remember that the lens effect still depends on your natural eye color and shape.)

-It's comfortable to wear and doesn't feel thick upon wearing.

-Comes with a lens case per pair. (I happen to buy from optical shops before and sometimes the lens case is not included in the package. Soooo yehey! Plus the lens case is what I prefer. A lens case with a clear cap so I can see what's inside and saves me time from choosing which lens to wear for a particular day.)

Cons:

-You might find it hard to choose from their site . Better check out their FB Fan Page to see more photos of their previous clients with the actual lenses. 

-This exact pair only comes in PLANO, meaning only for those who have normal eye vision.

-I don't highly recommend for those who prefer natural-looking colored lens.

Overall, I still like the lens. Gives a nice twist to my mainstream lens haul. Not overly flamboyant actually. May still be wearable during daytime with light neutral shadows and cute asian faux lashes and great fashion style. Btw, If you're also from the Philippines, shipping takes 1-2weeks.

My thoughts

Pros:

-First, I love the color. I love wearing gray 'coz it actually looks natural yet the effect is there.

What do I love most about them?

They drastically change the entire makeup look.

What is your favorite lens color?

Gray! It's a  very versatile color. Very much wearable during day or night time.

It definitely changes my eye color but not so over the top. Oh c'mon you know what I mean girl!

Plus... In my opinion it suits fair skinned people as well as morenas.

2 years ago or 3? Sorry I couldn't exactly remember. :p

What are the lenses I've tried to far and where did I bought them?

I've already purchased from EO Executive Optical as well as Illusions and some other variety of brands found on malls but I find out that online purchasing is much more affordable. BUT be careful of Bogus Sellers, Fake brands and ALWAYS SEE TO IT THAT YOU HAVE A REGULAR EYE CHECK-UP (Thanks to my health card I can always check with my physician if my vision 20/20 has changed).

REMEMBER: You only have two precious eyes in your entire existence, well except if you're willing to pay millions of pesos for an eye transplant, so TAKE CARE OF THEM. Purchasing lenses comes with responsibility. It's not all about styling and enhancing your looks.

I love GEO lenses. Other than the styles mention below, I've also tried Tritone green, Tear eye in brown, Angel gray, Angel violet, Nudy violet and many more that I couldn't actually remember the names. Now, I'm loving the Japanese Big Eyes/JBE, I'll post it whenever I have received my newly purchases already. I swore to myself that I will not and should not purchase more lenses aside from those that I keep on repurchasing buuuuuuut apparently I went gaga again over seeing the new lens styles they've come up. *I hate window shopping online, it damages my wallet!* SIGH.

Speaking of online shopping,
