MAC Pressed Blotting Powder

 PRODUCT CLAIMS:
A unique pressed powder designed primarily to provide shine control without adding any noticeable colour or texture. Sets foundation, finishes faces. For use in professional situations and for frequent touch-ups. Blot Powder contains Mica and Silica to adsorb excess oils and reduce shine on the skin's surface. Can be applied with the puff that comes in the compact or with a powder brush like #129 Powder/Blush Brush. Perfect for touching up Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation throughout the day.
Source: MAC Cosmetics

Product weight:
12 g / 0.42 US oz

Price:
US$23.00 (from Official Mac website)
But I got mine for $26 at Duty Free Philippines

PROS:
-Love the fact that it's pressed, compact and easy to carry around
- It feels lightweight and doesn't cake (based on my experience as I don't apply much)
- It controls oiliness specially on my forehead for a long time. Whenever I use this as a finishing powder, my face stays on oil free for the whole day. Noticed that I barely need to touch up my face.
-No pungent smell
-Not chalky nor powdery.
-Works well with my BB creams and foundation

CONS:
-I don't like much the puff that comes with it. It's not a sponge nor a soft puff that I like. I prefer a soft powder brush in applying this.
-It's a steep price for a blotting powder.
-I got a darker shade. Should have followed the MUA's advise instead (Light). I wanted to go for medium but it wasn't available. Choices left are light or medium dark. I'm like "Geez, I don't think I'm that fair to go for Light." Well yeah, lesson learned! Anyway, the shade is pretty workable since it's almost translucent.

Packaging difference with MAC Studio Fix.

Thank you so much for reading my post.
Take care and God Bless!
