The Cheapest Eyeliner: HengFang Eye Liner in Black

Hi everyone!
Today let me share with you a very budget-friendly eyeliner that I found while I'm currently trying to figure out which items should I use on a makeup challenge that was tagged to me in YouTube. I could not hold my excitement to share with you this! Isn't it that make up=mark up prices already? I tried my best to look for great deals in the local market not only just to complete the challenge but also to be able to impart the real essence of this tag to those who are on tight budget, students and just anyone who would like to be beautiful without buying products that cost an arm and a leg.

Here's what the HengFang eyeliner that I got for PHP 35.00 only.
I swear I'm not kidding you!
I don't know if that's an ordinary thing for you or what but that's pretty heck cheap in my opinion for a cute packaging product plus it actually works fairly good for it's price. It's also the first time I saw this brand but seems like the brand is familiar with me. Guess I've heard it from a fellow filipina beauty guru or from a blog, I'm honestly not sure. But I have no regrets that I bought this! It's pretty awesome IMO:)

Look at the cute packaging I'm telling you ladies!

And here's the tip of the brush. It's firm pointed tip works somehow like a felt tip liner pen. Not something like any usual liquid liner with brush. I figured that it's easier to control and line with this kind than a flimsy brush.

One more thing! Thought it was only a liquid liner when I bought this but no-no! I was wrong, I got a free mechanical-twist up eyeliner pencil hidden on it's long cap. See that? :)

And here's how pigmented they are for the price of PHP 35.00
Uh-mazing! :)

Rubbed it couple of times and here's the result. Pretty good actually. Stays much longer than those liners which cost more.

Water-test and everything is removed! Means it is easy to remove which is what I actually like. This will prevent from rubbing the sensitive areas on eyes while trying to remove liner. However this may still be a con for those who doesn't have dry eyelids like I do.
I love it a bunch and I do recommend it!:)
Was actually skeptical to try it at first...but I ended up liking it!
Proves that price of the product doesn't define it's quality.
What do you think of this liner? Do you have any cheap liners too?
Feel free to share your thought dearies!

Thanks for reading this post and please stay tuned for the makeup challenge to be uploaded on my YouTube channel SOON! Take care!

xoxo,
TC: Product was purchased by the blogger to try out. All opinions are my own. I am not being paid nor told to make this review.

    1. Believe it or not I just bought it from Generics Pharmacy near my work place. I don't think all Generics Pharmacy have them. Sorry if I can't answer you directly dear. I guess you can find this on flea markets.

  4. I bought this before and it made me realize for the first time that I do NOT like firm/hard tip liners at all! I don't have perfectly smooth lids like some people, so I end up having to tug at my lid in order to get a simple, neat line across my eye. It didn't glide on for me, period. Fine tip brushes I love! I find my liner, especially my cat eye flicks, are much neater and more precise with them.

  8. Sis this has been my long time favorite liquid eyeliner, I am afraid to make a review about it on my blog kasi baka pagtawanan lang ako ng mga readers ko dahil this one is made in China and cheap.
lol I have this one in violet and it beats the Royal effem stylo eyeliner ko na expensive when it comes to staying formula! 35 vs. 750? Havey di ba?

    1. Wow do u have a link on that?! I'm so interested to see a comparison bet the two! Naaah...don't be sis. As long as you think your post would be helpful to others, do it. If they misunderstood your real intention of sharing a product review then it's their fault. Thanks for commenting btw! :) <3
